For a Public Sector Power Company in India: Customer needed Data Centre upgrade, MS-Exchange MAILing system designed with message Archiving, Data Backup and Migration of existing applications to new Servers with Storage etc.
Our Role:
- We designed the solution in High Availability factoring requirements, and provisioning growth headroom.
- Supplied all needed Servers/Storage/Backup components of Industry leader and deployed, did Systems Integration, Migration etc.
- We then took on to Manage this Infrastructure for next 5 years.
Value to Client:
- Customer did not need to engage a separate consulting agency to design their solution
- Customer did not need to hire and manage Technical Staff to manage the Data Centre thereafter.
- Customer achieved their Goals in least possible cost – still discovering lowest price through tendering and cut on IT services management costs.
