Client wanted a bespoke Intranet to promote collaboration, increase transparency and streamline HR communications.
Our Role:
- Understood customer need interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Designed/ Developed bespoke Portal atop a PHP framework.
- Developed customer Process Workflows
- Setup security policies for employees accessing the intranet from within and outside the client’s premises
- Migrated 10+ years of Legacy content into the Intranet and made these databases searchable through meta tags and advanced filters
Value to the Client:
- HR policies, staff announcements and leadership communication is disseminated to employees via the intranet portal
- Departments upload relevant business data into custom built repositories of the portal
- Employees accessing the intranet from the client’s premises login utilizing SSO (single sign on), and get authenticated when from outside Enterprise network.
- Employees communicate rich media instantly via one-on-one and group chat functionality offered on the portal
